Subscription Plan Terms & Conditions

Flying Logic is provided as an auto-renewing software-as-a-service (SaaS). You are responsible to pay for your Flying Logic subscription plan, and for providing us with a valid credit card or other payment method. If you have selected an annual or monthly subscription plan and you miss a payment, your account status will be changed to “delinquent.” You will be given seven (7) days after your payment declines to cure the delinquency, or to make other arrangements directly with Arciem LLC. After that period, your license will be listed as invalidated in our database, and you will no longer be an active license holder.

As long as your subscription remains active, you are entitled to all future upgrades and enhancements to Flying Logic released under our base plan. Arciem LLC reserves the right to add higher-tier plans with enhanced features at any point in the future.

By making this purchase, you are agreeing to the Flying Logic Individual End User License Agreement (EULA).
